Domestic Shipping

United States Shipping Fees

We charge a flat rate of $10.00 (1 to 50 items) for all domestic orders to cover shipping and handling charges.  We use the United States Postal Service, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. 

Processing Time

After you have placed your order, Enchanted Bella Boutique conducts a quality control check and testing in order to ensure the product’s quality prior to shipment.   The average processing is approximately 3 to 5 business days.  If you purchase pre-sale items, it may take up 6 to 10 business days.  However, the processing time may also be affected by the items stock status.  If your item includes a popular item, we may experience stock availability issues.

Shipping Delays

Please take into consideration that your packages may be delayed due to weather issues at the time of transit.  These weather issues may cause further delays.

All items placed on holidays will be dispatched from our facility the following business day after payment has been made and cleared. 

Additional Information

  • Should you experience any difficulties submitting your shipping address during your checkout process or while creating your account, please email us.  (link email to this).

  • We cannot refund shipping costs or combine two or more orders.  If you would like to combine orders, we are more than happy to cancel or refund your current order so that you may place your order again for the correct shipping rates.   Please contact us within 24 hours.  Please keep in mind with limited items you run the risk of others purchasing your items that get put back on line. 

  • There are times we may have to split your order.  Some of the reasons may be:

  1. Some of your items may be backordered

  2. Some of the items may not have passed the quality inspection

  3. Some of the items are temporarily out of stock

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.  Once the parcel has left Enchanted Bella Boutique Headquarters, the items will no longer be in our control.  Any lost, stolen or delayed packages WILL NOT be refunded. 

Should a customer error be made in the shipping address during checkout or your parcel is left unclaimed or unsuccessfully delivered, Enchanted Bella Boutique reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10 for Domestic Orders.

Insurance

If you would like to add insurance to your packages, please contact us as we do not purchase insurance for the products that are shipped out unless otherwise noted. 

Tracking Packages

We do our best to ship the products before the desired date provided and therefore, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date as shipping is out of out control.  If an order is lost in the mail, we do provide a tracking number for all parcels that are shipped out.  If your item gets lost in transit, use the tracking number provided and contact your local post office to find your package or take up a claim with them. 

 

Please allow 48 hours for carrier systems to update.
