Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

Enchanted Bella Boutique wants all of our customers to be happy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to return any of the items you have purchased, we will provide you with either a credit note or an exchange, one of which will be selected based on your reason for your return.  You are required to email us before returning any items from your purchase. 

There is a $15.00 fee or 25% restocking fee (the higher amount will be deducted depending on the purchase order).  Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

Returns

Returns will be accepted so long as you contact us and ship the item back within 7 days from the date your item was received.  Your tracking number will provide us with the delivery date.

Parcel must be sent to us from your post office within 7 days of being delivered, however, your parcel does not need to arrive within 7 days. 

Incorrect Fit

If the item(s) are not the correct fit we will happily provide you with an online store credit note.  Our 7-day return time restraint would not apply with a change of size.  You have up until 14 days to make an exchange or receive an online store credit.  We will accept the change for the sizes of the same item depending on availability and all tags must be attached.  The item MUST be unworn and not damaged.

Change of Product

If you are not happy with the item you have received and wish to change this for a different product, you will be issued an online credit.  Returns must be returned within 7 days of delivery. 

Faulty Items

If you feel you have received a faulty item or incorrect item/size, please contact us first via email (insert link) with your order number, full name and a few images of the damaged area within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. We highly recommend inspecting all items upon delivery to ensure they are received in perfect condition.  If the item has a minor fault that we can fix, we will repair it and return it to you within 10 business days.  Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.  Major faulty items will be handled accordingly.

Incorrect Item or Size

If you believe we have sent you the incorrect item/size, please contact us first via email (insert link) with your order number, full name and a few images of the received goods.  Domestic customers will be required to return any incorrect items.

Sale Item Returns

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on sale/promotional sale items.  All sale/promotional sale items are sold as a final sale item only. 

Conditions

Enchanted Bella Boutique will issue exchanges or store credits for the following conditions and all of the below must be adhered in order for this to occur.

  • You returned all item(s) within the 7-day return policy for Domestic Shipping.  Return the item(s) in the original saleable condition.

  • Your item(s) must not be soiled, washed, used or worn and must be free from ANY odors.

  • Original tags must be attached to the garment.

  • The return form must be complete

  • An email prior to shipping explaining the situation. 

  • An agreement must be reached by the purchaser and Enchanted Bella Boutique. 

Should you not be able to comply with these specific requirements, Enchanted Bella Boutique reserves the right to refuse an exchange or provide you with a credit note.

It is within our discretion to deem a product as faulty or not.  We highly recommend that you inspect your products upon receiving them.  We do not accept returns on items that have basic wear and tear. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is NON-REFUNDABLE except in cases where we may have made an error. 

We regret to inform you that we are not able to accept the exchanges or returns for the following item(s):

  • Accessories of any kind (Stretchy bracelets can break if you pull it too wide or with force.  Be gentle with your items to avoid damaging them).

  •  Sale item(s) that are purchased during discounted promotional offers

  • Clearance Items

How to return your garments

Please contact us before returning any item(s)

When you are ready to return your items (unless otherwise advised by our Enchanted Bella Boutique sales team), we recommend you use a traceable delivery method and/or insure your item(s) for safe return to Enchanted Bella Boutique, or declare the full value of the shipment so you are completely protected if the shipment gets lost or damaged during transit.  If you choose not to undertake our recommendations, we will NOT be responsible for any loss or damaged item(s) during transit.

Please note Enchanted Bella Boutique’s Terms and Conditions (supply link) applies to item(s) purchased via the Enchanted Bella Boutique online store ONLY.

Custom Items

There are absolutely NO RETURNS on custom items. 

When you place a custom order, you are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit.  We will forward you an invoice in which will show a balance.  Each item has a completion date.  Once we contact you for the balance payment you have 72 hours to make the final payment so that we can ship out your item.  No custom orders will be shipped until payment is cleared first. 

If you do not finalize your transaction within the 72-hour time frame allotted, you will lose your deposit and your custom order will be placed into our stock and made available online for others to purchase.  We work very hard to create gorgeous creations and we do not want to lose money. 

We do not cancel custom orders once the creating process has begun.  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in which you have 24 hours to contact us should you decide to cancel your custom order.  We design and create your order to your specifications and there are times we must purchase additional items to complete your order from other vendors if we do not have something in stock.  By cancelling a customized order, our company loses money in the process which is why we have set a 24-hour cancellation window.
