
Custom Orders

Please be aware that our customized items can vary slightly from piece to piece. Some materials may be substituted for similar materials when necessary. Colors may vary on your computer from what the colors actually are and items used are based on availability as some of the materials used may be vintage or purchased from an estate sale.
All flowers and embellishments will vary based on availability. An equal or better quality of some materials may be substituted for similar materials when necessary. Many of our items are made with Vintage Appliques and Lace. We hunt for the most unique items possible by searching through vintage stores, thrift stores, craft shows and more. We want our items to stand out but this limits the quantity of our vintage stock therefore we have to replace the look with something similar. We will always speak with our customers if this presents itself to be the situation.
Orders for custom items require a 50% deposit of the total purchase. 30% of your deposit is non-refundable as this will cover our costs for materials and time invested into making the item and purchasing the supplies needed. Payments for custom orders are due immediately. Delays in payments will delay the starting "make time" of your order. We will NOT start creating the order until payment is made and cleared. In some cases, this may take up to 3 business days depending on your form of payment.
PLEASE MAKE NOTE: When an item is Rushed, we can only work with the materials we have in stock. Not all materials we may need are available on short notice. We will try our best to make sure the item is as you described. There will also be an additional rush fee of $25.00 per custom order. Your rush order must be 10 days prior to due date and there will be an additional charge for expedited shipping if required. If you are picking up the item in the store, you will save on shipping costs.
Tutu Dresses/Tutus
Production time varies based on the date of purchase. Orders are prioritized by event date. If ordering online, please place your orders 3 to 5 weeks prior to your event date to avoid any possible delays or additional shipping fees. If you order in person or by phone and plan to pick up your item, you may place your order no less than two weeks prior to the due date. That does not mean it is guaranteed, you must speak to the designer before securing your tutu dress to make sure we have time to create it by your due date. Our turnaround time at the moment is fairly quick because we are a newly launched company. Our turnaround time depends on the amount of orders we have to fill at the moment and the date needed.

Our tutu dresses are fairly standard. We have not ventured into creating full tulle dresses in multiple lengths as of yet. It is something we will eventually take on but at the moment, our biggest demand is creating tutu dresses using the lined crochet top and tulle bottom with adjustable straps for the best fit.
We are not responsible to account for growth within the measurements provided. Please measure correctly and confirm prior to placing your order.
All the dresses come with a standard 2 full rows of tulle to make it very full. We like our tutu dresses to be full with a high volume for a maximum wow affect. If you want additional layers placed on the dress, there will be an additional charge of $15.00 per extra row (layer).
Once your order is placed and the customization request is submitted and approved, for any added changes you make in additional to those already requested, please note that there will be additional charges. Do not request custom changes expecting to pay the same price.

Headbands
Our headbands come in a variety of colors and we can add just about any fabric flower, artificial flower, bow, etc. you would like. Here is a more in depth look at the items we carry:
1.5" Crochet waffle headbands are super soft and stretchy. They can be used for everyday wear or special occasions. They are perfect for any age from babies to adults. The waffle design allows for easy insertion of a clip headpiece, making this waffle headband high desireable. These headbands are really great for a grand look on babies.
1.5" W x 5.5" L (unstretched)
Our thick elastic headbands measure .75" W x 6.5" L. These beautiful elastic headbands are created with a clip loop making these headbands interchangeable. Interachangeable headbands are headbands that allow you to insert a variety of clipped hairpieces to create a different look. You can add a chunky clipped hair bow, fabric flower or any of our handcrafted hairpieces with a clip to create your own unique look.
Our thin elastic headbands also come with a clip loop and measure 5/8" W x 7" L. They fit toddlers from ages 3 and up. They will even fit teens and adults. The clip loop allows you to easily attach any hair accessory with a clip. You can change the look of the headband to match your outfits.
Our wrapped 3/8" Interchangeable grosgrain ribbon hard headbands fit toddlers to adults. They each come with a ribbon loop to slide clips through.

Kufi Hats
Our cotton kufi hats are great as an added fashionable statement. They are also very durable and can handle harsh weather. These hats will protect your little darlings head from drafts as well as the chilly air. They are all handmade and handcrafted. They are sold "as is" and all sales are final. We can also customize our hearts with artificial flowers, bows, fabric flowers, feathers and more. They also come in a variety of colors. Check with us to find out if we have the color you need in stock.
Due to the handmade nature of these items, there may be slight variations in size, stitching and color. These are tightly knitted cotton fabric hats. Our kufi hats come in three sizes:
- One size fits all (infants). The recommended age for use is 0 to 12 months
- One size fits toddlers to youth
- One size fits youth to adults

Hair Pins/Hair Clips/Hair Pieces/Bobby Pins
Alligator flat clips are often used and come in a range of sizes from 1 1/4" to 2" long. They come in single or double prong clips that open like a set of jaws when you squeeze the end. They are great for thin hair or lighter bows. The single prong alligator clips are great to use with our interchangeable headbands.
Alligator curved hardware hair clips are also great and often used alone. They can be used on interchangeable hard headbands since the headband itself is also curved. These measure 1 3/4" L x 1/4" W.
Partially lined alligator flat clips have grosgrain ribbon attached. These can be purchased as a set and they are also used as on some of our custom hair pieces.
French Clips contain a tension bar that snaps close. These are great for individuals with thick or curly hair. You can fasten your bow over your pigtails or ponytails. These are more durable and support the weight of large stacked bows.
Partially french clips also have grosgrain ribbon and are 2.25" L x 1/3" W
Some of our items have 3" metal clips measuring 3" L x 3/8" W
Our ribbons are professionally heat sealed to prevent from fraying. We do not heat seal shabby chic flowers as the frayed ends enhance the look of the flowers.
Our Bobby Pins can be customized with paper flowers, artificial flowers, fabric flowers, bows, etc.
Centerpieces & Party Decor
Our centerpieces are designed to match your theme. You can sit down and talk to one of our designers and provide your ideas so that we can help create it. We often tell our clients to go to Pinterest, create an account and create an inspiration board so that we have an idea of what your style is and what you are looking for. This helps inspire us to develop a piece that you will love.
We work one on one with all our customers and include you throughout the process. We send you pictures and ask for your input.
We can also purchase items ready made that event planners use. The difference is, we do not charge you an arm and a leg and instead of renting the item, you own it therefore, you will be able to sell it right after the event so that you can recoup some of what was spent for your event.
