What is Enchanted Bella Boutique and what do we want from you?

Enchanted Bella Boutique is a small children’s boutique that helps create life’s most precious moments.  The Boutique is known throughout at the “Princess Boutique”.  We carry a variety of items such as custom centerpieces and décor for major events, favors, dresses for all occasions, clothing, hair accessories and the list goes on. 

​

It’s a magical place meant to inspire all who enter our boutique.  We have created an environment that is colorful and pleasing to the eye.  Once you walk in, you do not want to leave.  Allow us to bring to life our love of art and creation and let us help you with your fundraising needs. 

Think of this opportunity as a way to generate additional income for your school.

What are the benefits of working with Enchanted Bella Boutique?

Throughout the year, the PTA Board creates a series of events to increase school spirit while raising funds for the school.  Why not display your pride in a fashionable way?  We can help create items the children can wear throughout the year.  We can also provide you with other items that you can sell as another form of fundraising as we will also provide these items at a very low cost so that a bigger profit can be made.  In order to avoid being taxed, we need your tax-exempt form.

Girls are known to wear hair accessories daily.  Think of what the profits would be if we provided items that they can wear daily that also displays their school spirit.  The profits would be astounding.  You can generate income without dipping into your current PTA membership fees.

One of the reasons we have joined the PTA as a business sponsor is because we want to help give back.  Therefore, we want to help our schools by providing them with made to order forms.  This way there are no upfront fees and you do not have to take any money out of the funding you have already collected.  We require a minimum order of 10 bows. 

​

Ask yourself, how can you generate money quickly without putting in a ton of effort?  The answer is to think outside the box.

Period of Performance

​

We would like to work with you for as long as you will have us.  If you feel our partnership has been a success, we would like to continue our fundraising services.  We love feedback from our customers.  We are open to hear new ideas from ALL the PTA members.  You can email us all your ideas to see if we can come up with a mutually beneficial plan of action.  We will not limit our relationship to just bows.

• We would like to remain as active sponsors and would like our company name and address to appear on your marketing materials such as brochures or pamphlets throughout the year for your events. 

• We would also like to be able to advertise our dealings with your school.  It would be great to notify others that we are helping our community while acknowledging the great success with fundraising that I know you will have working with us. 

• We also encourage feedback as we would like to participate in as many ways possible to help raise a record breaking number for this school year.  We are open to hearing any and all ideas you may have to work together as a team.

• You will have personal access to me.

What do we propose?

​

There are a series of ways we can help you raise money.  As a former event planner and fundraiser coordinator for nonprofit organizations, I have learned many ways to create successful events and create fundraising opportunities.  There are many ways to get local businesses involved.

School Spirit Bows

​

Currently the largest fashion trend for girls are very large 8" hairbows.  They are worn by girls daily.  They are also great with cheer teams.  I can create these 8” bows in your school colors and add the school initials.  These items can be made to order which means you do not have to come out of pocket for anything.  There is a 10 bow minimum per order.  

 

If you want to start off with a small sample size, start your order with 10 bows to see if it generates interest.  For every additional order we receive, we must receive a full payment for the order desired.  By applying our made to order on demand method after your first order, you will see an immediate profit gain.  You also have the option of choosing other colors aside from the school colors with your school initials on each bow if desired in order to increase your sales to obtain your fundraising goals.
